Experience Germany’s wildest private dining experience and enjoy unique game menus from sustainable hunting and our 1300 Acres forest reserve.
The kitchen block is located in the heart of the dining room, allowing you to watch the food being prepared up close.
WILD is the only restaurant in Germany that completely avoids meat from domesticated animals and uses exclusively regional products in both its food and beverage offerings.
Our seasonally changing game menus are complemented with vegetables, fruits, and wild and forest herbs from our homeland.

Your chef Timo Böckle is a master chef and comes from a traditional South German butcher family that has been passing on its masterful craftsmanship for four generations. As the longest-serving TV chef on national television, he has been delighting a wide audience with his expertise for over 20 years – especially when it comes to game dishes.
He is also the official district hunting master and is considered the expert on local game among Germany’s top chefs

Game meat is pure nature: high-quality, aromatic, and rich in valuable nutrients. Wild animals live in the wild under natural, species-appropriate conditions. Sustainable hunting also contributes to the preservation of our forests, making game meat the best choice not only from a health and ecological perspective, but also from an ethical and moral standpoint.
Due to the nature of our concept, we are unfortunately unable to offer vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, or gluten-free menus!
